- 1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 8 boneless chicken breasts or pork chops
In a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken or pork chops in butter then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
