Ingredients:
1 1/3 pound shredded Jack cheese
1 1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/3 pint lowfat cottage cheese
8 large fresh eggs
2/3 cup butter -- melted
Croissant crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Whisk together milk, flour, cottage cheese, eggs and melted butter. Pour egg/milk mixture into pan and dust top with croissant crumbs. Bake 45 minutes.


Note: You have scaled this recipe to serve/make 8 (originally serves/makes 6). Please adjust for pan sizes, cooking times, measurements in the directions, and divided ingredients accordingly.
