10 c. chicken, cooked and diced
10 c. celery, chopped
2 bunches green onion, sliced
2 4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
1 5 3/4 oz. can ripe olives, sliced
2 c. slivered almonds
5 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 c. mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
5 c. crushed potato chips

Combine first six ingredients. Add 2 c. cheese. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and add to chicken mix. Spoon into 2 greased 9 x 13 inch baking dishes. Top with cheese and sprinkle chips over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 24
