9 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound cooked, crumbled sausage or bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Hash brown potato patties
1 tablespoon margerine, melted

Spread melted margarine onto bottom and sides of 9 x 13 dish. Place frozen hash brown patties on bottom of dish. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together. Spread cooked, crumbled sausage or bacon on top of hash browns. Pour egg mixture over meat/patty layer. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top of everything. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remover cover and leave in over for another 10-15 minutes to brown the top.
