Serves/Makes: 1.5 lb loaf
Ready in: 2-5 hrs

1 1/8 cup warm water

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

3 cups white bread flour

3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk

1/2 teaspoon fast-rise yeast

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Put all ingredients in machine in the order suggested by your machine\'s manufacturer and set to regular bread or fast cycles.

Cook\'s Notes: The top of the loaf should come out sunken, this is normal. The texture and taste is just like English Muffins, this is GREAT for toasting!
