ST. LOUIS STYLE PORK STEAKS

6 (6 oz) pork steaks, 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp celery salt and pepper
2 cups barbecue sauce

Sprinkle both sides of steaks with garlic salt, celery salt and pepper. Grill over medium-hot coals until cooked through, turning frequently. Brush barbeque sauce liberally on steaks; turn. Grill for several minutes. Repeat process until all barbecue sauce is used. Be careful not to caramelize or burn sauce. Serves 6
