1 1/2 lbs cube steaks
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 celery stalk, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp sugar

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steaks into flour mixture and brown in oil in a large skillet. Drain off fat in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
