Yield: 48 cookie bites

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup miniature chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. Place paper liners in mini muffin pans.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and
salt. Set aside.

Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing just until combined. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

Place about 2 teaspoons dough in each lined muffin cup. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and cookies are set. Cool in pans on wire racks.
