1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
26 oz. favorite spaghetti sauce
Salt, pepper, oregano & basil, to taste
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
4 cups shredded mozzerella or 4 cheese shreeded Italian blend
1-1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp minced parsley
Dash garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Additional shredded cheese

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Add spaghettic sauce and seasonings. Put 1/4 of mixture in bottom of crock, add 1/3 of noodles.

Combine all cheeses, parsley and garlic. Spread 1/3 over noodles. Repeat two more times, and finish with meat/sauce mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese to cover top.

Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
