2 Zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 yellow squash, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 onion, diced
2 T. butter
1 T. garlic, minced
1 8 oz can Italian seasoned tomato sauce, any type
3 ounces grated mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350. Saute zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onion with the
butter and garlic. Add tomato sauce, simmer 7 minutes.

2. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.

3. Bake 30 minutes.
