1 lb pkg ziti noodles, cooked al dente
1 lb ground beef
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (29 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

While pasta is cooking, brown beef; drain and remove from heat. Stir in ricotta cheese and next 5 ingredients. Add 1/2 of sauce; mix well. Add pasta; toss to cover. Place in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Spread balance of spaghetti sauce on top of mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
