1/3 pound pork sausage (I like hot Italian sausage)
1/3 cups potatoes, cubed
1-2 cloves minced garlic
2 med. onions, sliced
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon
2 tsp. dry parsley
1 tsp. dill weed

Brown sausage and drain. Put garlic, onions and potatoes in saucepan with enough water to cover, and simmer until tender. Add the sausage, and remaining ingredients and heat through. (I don't drain the water from
the potatoes, and I thicken the soup a little, and added more salt than
the recipe called for.
