8 oz Canadian bacon, cut into 12 slices
12 medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 12 strips
1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce and chili sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Place bacon on a rack; cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for 1 minute. Pat dry with paper towels. Cool slightly. Wrap 1 shrimp and 1 pepper strip in each piece of bacon; secure with a wooden pick. Place on a jelly-roll pan.

In a small bowl, combine the sauces with 2 tbsp water; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours; turn once.
