1 (16 oz) can whole artichoke hearts, drained and minced
1 (16 oz) can crab meat, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
13 oz pkg English muffins, split in half

Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine ingredients except muffins. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture over muffin halves. Cut each of the sliced muffins in quarters. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
