2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp grated lime zest
16 oz cooked pasta
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large saucepan or skillet, melt the butter and cook the garlic and lemon zest over medium heat until fragrant. Add cream and chicken broth. Simmer over medium heat until the mixture is reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and lime zest. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta.
