5 pound rolled rump roast
10 cloves garlic
handful of sweet basil
handful of parsley flakes
2 teaspoons oregano
5 shakes red pepper
5 shakes garlic powder
8 bay leaves

Poke 10 holes in roast and stuff garlic in. Put all other ingredients on meat and bake until done.

Cool and slice.
Reheat in beef bouillon and water.
