Heat oven to 400. Combine and mix well:
5 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
8 oz cottage cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Pour into a well greased quiche pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place 8 small tomato slices evenly around quiche. Return to oven and reduce to 350. Bake 20 minutes longer. Cut into wedges and serve.
