Serves 8

10 slices regular white bread, crust removed
1 can Niblets corn, well drained
1 small can chopped Oretega peppers
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs beaten with 3 cups milk
salt and pepper, to taste

Break up bread, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into 3-4 quart casserole. Cover with grated cheese and paprika. This should stand at least 24 hours in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
