1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper
1/4 tsp ketchup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
1 8 oz pkg diced ham
1 can pork and beans
Dash Louisiana hot sauce

In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper with the ketchup. Blend in honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and ham. Carefully stir in the pork and beans. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed, being careful not to break up the beans. Servings: 6
