2 1/4 lbs boneless beef for stew
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup dry red wine


Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat. Cover and cook 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 10

NOTE: It is really good to stir in a small container sour cream for it to taste like "Beef Stroganoff" just before serving.
