SHRIMP FAJITAS I

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice and chopped cilantro
1 red and green bell pepper and red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
8-10 inch tortillas, warmed
2 tbsp salsa

In a resealable bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning bag once. Saute vegetables in oil in a large skillet over high heat for 4 minutes, remove. Add shrimp and marinate, cook, stirring, about 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Return vegetables to pan to heat through. To serve, wrap tortilla around shrimp mixture and serve with salsa.
