1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce, divided
1 cup water
10 oz salmon, cut into long strips
10 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
2 tbsp each canola oil, sesame seeds and chopped green onions

In a resealable bag, mix together 1 cup teriyaki sauce and water for marinade. Place the salmon on the presoaked skewers and marinade for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the skewers for 3 minutes on each side for medium, or 5 minutes on each side for well done.

Arrange skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serves 6
