1 lb 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1-2 jalapenos, diced fine
2 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped fine
2-3 (6 oz) cans diced green chilies, chopped
Pinch of salt
2 tsp each ground cumin and chili powder
Serve with salsa, corn chips, tortilla chips or sliced avocado

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until bubbly and a little brown.
