1 acorn squash, about 1 1/2 lbs
2 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Cut squash into 1 inch pieces and arrange in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 10-12 minutes or to desired doneness. Set aside.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until garlic begins to brown. Add squash, soy sauce and salt, tossing gently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately. Serves 4
