2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp molasses
1 tbsp each lime and lemon juices
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 (5 oz) salmon fillets or steaks
Juice of 1/2 orange

Heat broiler. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon and orange juice. Whisk well. Place salmon on a broiling pan and brush liberally with marinade. Broil until crisp on the outside and flakes to the for, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Remove from broiler and sprinkle immediately with orange juice. Serves 4
