2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

In a large canning jar with a tight fitting lid add all the ingredients and shake. Place in the refrigerator for two days prior to using. Shaking occasionally. Shake well before using.
