1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp soy sauce, chili powder and pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, stirring constantly. Serve warm. (About 1 2/3 Cups) NOTE: This is a super sauce that's good for basting or as a warm dipping sauce.
