*BEEF TIPS ON RICE*

3 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and paprika
2 lbs boneless sirloin top roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 large onions, chopped
1 cube beef bouillon
¾ cup boiling water
Hot cooked rice

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to mix. Place cubs in bag and shake well. Heat oil in Dutch oven; add beef and cook until browned. Add onions; cook until tender. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and add the beef mixture. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
