1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp plain non-fat yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 Cup chopped pecans

In a medium bowl, beat together cheeses until smooth, about 2 minutes. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to cheeses and beat until thoroughly combined. Spoon onto plastic wrap; cover and shape into ball.

Chill for one hour; remove from refrigerator and roll cheese ball in pecans. Rewrap and chill another 2 hours or overnight. Serve with a variety of crackers. Serves approximately 16
