3/4 lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and bourbon or whiskey
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika

Garnish: 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

In a food processor, combine until smooth. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle and then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and place on a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers
