1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 green onions, cut in half
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 (12 oz) whole pork tenderloin
1 tbsp honey

Combine first 7 ingredients. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place tenderloin on wire rack over baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest about 15 minutes before slicing diagonally.
