3 bunches scallions
2 pork tenderloins, about 3/4 lbs each
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey, dry sherry and minced gingerroot
Heat grill or broiler. In a resealable bag, combine ingredients. Seal and shake to coat. Place pork and scallion on grill or on rack in broiler pan. Cook 10 minutes, turning once and basting with remaining marinade, until internal temperature of tenderloins is 155 degrees.
NOTE: I like to serve with rice and stir-fried vegetables.
