4 pounds boneless pork sirloin or shoulder roast
1 1/2cups ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper and garlic powder
In a large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Stir in salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place roast in a 4.5-quart or larger crock pot. Pour ketchup mixture over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Before serving, remove meat from cooker and shred with a fork. Return to cooker and stir to coat evenly with sauce. Serve on toasted rolls or buns and top with additional sauce. SERVES: 12
