2 teaspoons of ginger, minced
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of Asian Chili Garlic sauce (Huy Fong)
Combine all the ingredients and cook on the stove top on medium heat until everything is boiling. Remove from heat and serve (or allow to cool and refrigerate).
