1/2 cup plum preserves
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tbsp brown sugar, apple cider or juice, soy sauce and ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced

In a saucepan, combine ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat to allow flavors to blend.

NOTE: I like to serve with egg rolls, as a glaze for chicken wings or ribs.
