1 1/2 cups raw cranberries
3-4 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
4 cups coarse bead crumbs
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp salt
pinch pepper, thyme, mace and dill
2 tbsp grated onion
1 clover garlic, mashed

Put cranberries through food processor, using coarsest blade, then mix in a saucepan with remaining ingredients. Mix well and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Cool before stuffing chops or roast.
