1/4 cup melted butter
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup Heath Chips
Melt some butter in a bowl. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and pour the batter in an 8x8x2 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until the blondies are set and start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool in the pan and cut into 16 bars.
