3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
6-8 thick slices ham
Paprika and salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sherry
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish and top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serves 6-8
