8 large chicken breast halves, skinned
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg onion soup mix
2/3 cup sauterne
1 (2 oz) jar pimentos, drained
Preheat oven to 425. Wash and pat dry chicken. Place in an ungreased baking pan. Stir other ingredients except pimentos and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Arrange pimentos on top before serving. Serves 8
