1 1/2 lbs pork chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp rice wine
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup each green peas and mushrooms
1 hot red pepper, shredded
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp ketchup and sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
3 cups onions, shredded
6 servings hot, precooked rice

Pound pork chops lightly to tenderize. Mix with next 4 ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat pan and 4 tbsp oil; fry pork chops on each side until golden brown. Remove. Reheat pan and oil. Stir-fry onions and add peas, mushrooms, red pepper and next 5 ingredients. Add fried pork chops and let boil for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp water to thicken. Place rice on serving plates and serve chops and sauce over rice.
