1 (24 oz) pkg frozen shredded hash-brown patties, thawed and broken
1 egg, beaten
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
Egg and Cheese Topping
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional toppings
Sliced green onions
Chopped green or red bell pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped ham
Cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
Chopped and seeded tomatoes
Anything else your heart desires!
Preheat oven to 400. Crust: Combine ingredients and spread in a greased 14 inch pizza pan, pressing firmly with back of spoon. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake 20 minutes.
Prepare topping: Whisk eggs, milk, half the cheese and seasonings. Scramble in microwave or skillet until halfway cooked through. Spread on crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with desired toppings and sake 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut with wedges.
