1 pkg Knorr Pesto sauce mix
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (12-in) prebaked pizza crust
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven to 450. Combine pesto sauce mix, ricotta cheese, sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella. Evenly spread cheese mixture on pizza crust, then top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4
