1 (12 oz) can beer
2 clove garlic, minced
Cajun seasoning, to taste
Hot sauce
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
Small amount of olive oil
1 cup beer

Pour beer in a large pot and add next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp to beer. Simmer until shrimp start to turn pink. Drain. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and add shrimp and 1 cup beer. Cook down for 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6
