Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, thickly sliced
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preheat the oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, and salt. Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil so that there is enough extra at each end to fold back over the dish. Place the shrimp in the dish, then pour the lime juice mixture in. Cover and bake for 7 minutes. Serves 4
