1 can refrigerated pizza crust
1 tbsp cornmeal
15 oz can spicy chili beans, slightly mashed
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
2 1/4 oz can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 to 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Monterey jack cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Unroll dough and press in bottom of a jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle evenly with cornmeal. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Spread chili beans over crust; sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Return to oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown around edges. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
