1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill. Makes 7 cups
