1 large box lemon Jell-O
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 1/2 cups boiling water
10 ice cubes
1 cup sugar
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 angel food cake
1 can coconut
Tear cake in small pieces. Place in bottom of a baking dish. Mix Jell-O and water; cool. Then mix Jell-O, sugar and pineapple; pour over cake. Place in refrigerate and allow to set. When ready to serve, cover with whipped cream and coconut.
