1 box Uncle Bens long grain & wild rice
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced green pepper and celery
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt, oregano and pepper
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & shelled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb sharp cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350. Cook rice according to package directions; set aside. Saute mushrooms, peppers, celery, and onion in butter. Stir in salt, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Stir in crabmeat, cooked shrimp and undiluted mushroom soup. Stir in cooked rice. Place in a 3 quart casserole. Top with grated sharp cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes or until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted.
