2 tbsp mustard and brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp water and olive oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

Preheat grill or broiler. Combine mustard, sugar and water in a small bowl. Stir in soy sauce and oil. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes or until fish is just cooked throughout. Serve fish drizzled with mustard sauce. Serves 4
