1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp coarse ground pepper, minced garlic, green onion and red bell pepper
3 tbsp heavy cream
Salt, to taste
1 tsp dry thyme, crushed
2 lb deli-sliced roast beef

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and spread mixture on beef slices to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Roll up and cover and chill the for 2-25 hours. To serve, cut each rol1 into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a serving platter.
